Solipsism: 10 Year Diary

Joep Beving

In 2015, Joep Beving released his debut album Solipsism, a record that opened the door to a new life filled with music, travel, performances and encounters. A decade later, he returns to that first work with Solipsism Redux, a new recording that reflects on how these compositions have changed and matured over time.

The album was recorded in collaboration with Concertlab, where Joep performed the full set in a single take while it was filmed in its entirety. A full video of the session will be released later this year on STAGE+. This short film offers a glimpse into the days leading up to those recordings, as Joep took time to step back and reconnect with the music that started it all.
