Today, Snorri Hallgrímsson releases And There Was Nowhere, the second single from his upcoming EP On the Importance of Birds. The track features an almost heartbeat like pulsing electronic percussion part against delicate string textures and sparse piano. Like the EP as a whole, it draws inspiration from the natural world and the fragile balance between presence and disappearance.
