Jean-Michel Blais has released carnavalito, the latest single from his forthcoming fourth album mirador.
Following the release of ulysse, the new track offers another preview of an album that expands Blais' signature sound, drawing on choirs, strings and Andean musical traditions. Inspired by his travels through South America, carnavalito reflects the energy of the Inti Raymi festival in Ecuador and Blais' fascination with the region's music and culture.
